So, I suck. I didn't work out yesterday or today. This is exactly what I am talking about. Sunday night I only had about 3-4 hours of sleep but forced myself to work out Monday and not nap. Then Monday night I worked from 7p-7a, so when I got home Tuesday I was beyond exhausted. So, I rested and was able to nap during Coltan's nap from 12:30-3:00, thank the heavens. After Coltan's nap though I had to rush to school, leaving by 4:00 and then right after school I went to work until 7am Wednesday morning. So that brings us to today... I get home and I am pretty darn tired so I rest and then sleep again during Coltan's nap from 12:30 - 3:00 and go to school for an open lab to practice and now I am home by 7p but have homework and studying out the wazoo.

I am absolutely NO help because I work out in the AM. We go straight from drop off to the gym. I will commend you for setting this goal for yourself. Great job, Kel! I know you'll find a way to get it all done. ;) xoxo
I really wish I could offer some advice, but I never work out! I keep telling myself I'm going to and never do.
Have you tried a reward system?? Like potty training lol. If you work out so many days in a row you get to reward yourself somehow?
Thank you Jess, I think that is actually what I need to do. First thing in the morning, as soon as I get home. It is just so hard to gather that energy sometimes haha. But, that time would probably be a lot easier then pushing it off until later.
Danielle - I think a reward system is a great idea. I have thought about rewarding myself for different milestones I reach, but I like the idea or rewarding for smaller achievements like working out for so many days. Thank you!!
